DEVO | YOUTH

At Woodlands we believe every young person in the city of Bristol should have the opportunity to explore the good news of Jesus, respond to him and find a community of faith where they can discover life to the full.  

 Devo is the youth community of the Woodlands Church family (for anyone in school years 7-13), and simply we’re all about; 

Loving God, Loving Others and Loving the World. 

We love to gather together to build amazing friendships, encounter God and have loads of fun. We meet weekly in our local congregations, monthly as a Devo family from across the city, as well as running lots of Annual Trips, Residentials and Events.  

Whether you are trying out Church for the first time, are moving into the area or a friend invited you along,
you’d be SO welcome to join us.

CONNECT WITH DEVO

Here’s what we have to offer..

• SUNDAY DEVO
  We meet every week during services at most of our congregations. Check out the local congregation webpages for more details

• DEVO GATHERINGS - Every 2nd Friday 7:30 – 9pm @ Woodlands Central
  We meet together to hang out for half an hour over some great food, board games, consoles, tuck shop and sports; before encountering God together in worship and hearing the Bible unpacked.
  We also run AMAZING Summer and Christmas Ball’s you won’t want to miss!

• MID-WEEK DEVO
  We meet mid-week in small groups of young people our own age plus a couple leaders. They each look a bit different but there’s usually food, some games and we’ll explore faith and unpack the Bible in a variety of ways.  

• SUMMER FESTIVALS
  We love summer festivals! They’re often the highlight of our year.  

  We camp alongside thousands of other young people from across the country to make some memories with incredible moments of worship, amazing activities, inspiring teaching and lots of laughter.
