Women's Events
Woodies women exists to encourage, motivate and inspire women across the woodies group of churches to follow Jesus more passionately and we come together for events throughout the year to worship and tell stories of what God is doing amongst us.
Woodlands Church Family are hosting Revolutionary Women; a morning of inspirational talks, worship and seminars intended to enrich our faith, build community and expand our ministries as we pursue Gods call on our lives.
We will be devoting the morning to the extraordinary women of the Bible.
Our guest speaker for session 1 is Laura Bowker from Love Bristol Church.
Session 2 is made up of seminars and testimonies, with the option to attend two of the following .
1. Deborah Prophet and Judge: Using your Influence
2. Mary the Mother of Jesus: Courageous Devotion
3. Mary Magdalene: Restored Worshippers
The final session will be led by Rachel Riddall.
Worship will be led by Lucy Grimble.
Doors will open at 8:45 for coffee and pastries for a 9am start.
